Parvo virus
Hey guys! Any uplifting stories about parvovirus? My dog had it when she was a puppy and to this day we can't believe she made it through! A large pet bill later but regardless, we thought it was a miracle! I thought it might be good to share our survival stories for a fur parent out there who might be experiencing it with their dog.

I had never heard of this until now. I have just googled it, it sounds awful. Poor you and your dog for having to go through that. I'm glad she made it through it

I'm glad you had a happy ending to your experience! I adopted a mixed breed puppy that ended up having parvo. Fortunately, the pup survived but it was very scary!

That’s so sad, I had a puppy that had it as well, unfortunately they didn’t make it due to my parents not knowing the signs in time to get them to the vet. It sounds like you are doing everything you can to get your pup better, I have heard treatment outcome is good with being timely.
