Is there any natural remedy to get rid of ear mites? I just hate using anything that has chemicals in it if I don't absolutely have to

I tried some natural remedies for ear mites and even tried some over the counter products while I waited for an appointment with the vet. Turns out, she didn't have ear mites, she had a double ear infection and the stuff I used didn't help. I don't know that it made it worse, but it could have. I recommend to always check with a vet for anything related to eyes and ears... before using any products.

Hi! Yes, there are some natural remedies that can help get rid of ear mites in dogs, such as cleaning the ears with a mixture of equal parts water and vinegar, applying a few drops of tea tree oil mixed with a carrier oil, or using a mixture of rubbing alcohol and Boric acid but it's important to note that these remedies may not be as effective as medication prescribed by a veterinarian, and untreated ear mites can lead to more serious health problems for your dog. It's always best to consult with a veterinarian before trying any home remedies.

Thanks for all the advice I will contact my vet but ask if we can try some of the natural remedies first
