Disliked Breeds
Are there any breeds of dogs that you dislike? Are there any breeds that have proven to you that their bad reputation is true? Ex. Difficult to train in general, difficult to house train, destructive, unfriendly, prone to serious health ailments, aggressive, etc... Or do you feel that it is all a matter of training them properly and giving them proper care?

Yes, I found that to be the case with that breed too! It seems like they are ok with their human but anyone else is subject to be bit. They are so fluffy and snuggly looking but it's a trick!

I don't know that I dislike any breed but there are some that I wouldn't choose to bring home. I'm definitely more comfortable with big dogs. My family had an Alaskan Malamute when I was three years old, so I grew up with big dogs. Through the years, I've also learned that many small dogs are a bit temperamental and are usually very loving with their humans but they don't seem to trust anyone else. As far as larger dogs, I am anxious when I'm around Chow Chows and Pitbulls so they would not be in my top picks. Regardless of whether or not I would seek out a dog to bring home, I would still be kind and try to help any dog that may need it.
