I have a 6 month old BorderCollie named Chief, all he does is grow! Im not sure if he is too smart for us, or just really knows what he doesnt like. If we try to trick him into doing something he doesn't want to do, he never falls for it. He sometimes doesnt like going outside, so we try to bribe him out with a treat then run inside, but he manages to steal it and beat us in still.

Border Collies need constant stimulation. If you are thinking about adopting a Border Collie you need to be prepared to spend many hours on training and other stimulation. If a Border Collie is not receiving adequate attention they will begin to fixate on things to entertain themselves such as chasing birds or obsessing over light/shadows
