Hey! I know we are all probably dealing with an insane amount of shedding at this time, just wanted to see what the best vaccum in your opinion is for dog hair??

I'm watching the responses on this one! My vacuums all seem to have a lifespan of about a year, maybe a year and a half. They start out strong but the suction begins to weaken pretty quickly. This has been true for cheap vacuums as well as pricier ones. I decided to go for the cheaper ones since they all last about the same amount of time anyway.

There's definitely a gap in the market for a vacuum specialized in picking up dog hair haha! We've always just bought middle-range vacuums but when we move into our new house we were thinking about getting a cordless one to make sweeping up hair as quick and easy as possible. Has anyone ever tried one of those smart robot vacuums?

I have one of the robot vacuums. It does ok for surface dirt and hair but it's no match for the volume of hair that my Husky leaves behind. I also don't run it daily though.
