I have a Weimaraner and she hasn't been feeling good the past couple days. She's not wanting to eat anything but grass and then she wants to spit up in her mouth and chew the grass some more. I don't know what to do

Id recommend giving the vet a call. It sounds like it could be more than just an upset stomach with it being more than a day. Has there been any other symptoms? Any dietary changes recently?
