Parvo virus
Hey guys! Any uplifting stories about parvovirus? My dog had it when she was a puppy and to this day we can't believe she made it through! A large pet bill later but regardless, we thought it was a miracle! I thought it might be good to share our survival stories for a fur parent out there who might be experiencing it with their dog.

When my koko (Chihuahua) was about 6 weeks old he got so sick. It was about 24 hours before we realized what was going on and when we finally got to the Vet and found one that would even take him. We had to put $250 down just to have them look at him. About a week later he pulled through because he had been on an IV. I was so happy he made it. He lived to be about 7 and unfortunately my husband accidently let him out and he got run over

I'm so glad to hear about Koko! I remember the IV drip helped mine too. So sorry to hear about his ending though, that must have been really traumatic for you and your family :(

It wes very traumatic for me. He was my fur baby before I had any children but I have so many find memories of him. The 7 years I had with him were amazing
