Walking my german shepard pup
My dog has been with me about a week and a half and training is coming along but when i try to take her out of my front yard and past my house she freezes. Is this normal? Or should i be pushing her to walk away from the house i am starting the heel sit training but i can only use it in the house since she won’t go past the house.

Start by just walking back and forth in front of your house for about a week, then start walking back and forth in front of your house and the neighbor's houses on each side - expanding by a few steps each day.
