How do you make sure to keep your dog hydrated in the summer when you have them out in the heat during summer?

Personally I always keep a bowl of water out for them during the summertime and consistently fill it up when needed because I know the heat can dehydrate them. I also don't have to worry about them peeing inside the house because they like staying outside under the shade because it's more breezy than the inside of the house.
