Please Rescue
I rescued an American Bulldog that is the sweetist lovein companion Icould have hoped for.:P We are so lucky to hsve each other. I would suggest spending at least a week visiting the dog at the shelter and if they will allow taking it to you home and introduceing it to what will be thier surroundings b4 adoption. I have 2 older cats and it was a little difficult in the 1st weeks but now they all know thier place in the pack. It took several weeks and due dilagance but all is pretty smooth after 8 months. Be willing to invest a lot of time for haromny.

I used pet finder and put in fir a number of adult medium to Large size dogs and I was matched up with Birdie. Birdie was found abandoned on a golf course , thus the name Birdie, by a rescue operation in Texas. After several virtual meet and greet, Birdie and I were deemed a match. She has been such a peaceful, quiet black and tan coonhound, so Much so one would never expect that there is a dog in the house. She is eager to Meet every one, however she is scared at first when she meets new dogs, and will give them a what for if they get in her face too quickly or play too rough around her. This is only after three weeks that she and I met.
